    Repair and replacement equipment

    Quick help in case of emergency: Often a low cost replacement of the electronics is sufficient to ensure that a system is promptly available again. Equipment sent in for repair can be returned to you in the shortest possible time.

    Maintenance contract

    Get your safety level switches checked on an regular basis with a maintenance contract and keep your costs at bay!

    • Our service will check your leakage sensors based on the specifications of CITEC or the Office of Water Protection.

    Returns

    In case your device needs to be repaired, please proceed as follows:

  • Download, fill in and print the Dangerous Goods Form for the protection of personnel

  • Clean the device and pack it securely for transportation

  • Add a delivery note with a proforma invoice (solely for shipments from abroad)

  • Attach the Dangerous Goods Form for personnel protection on the outside of the parcel
